Chang Hua is home to its famous braised pork,
and it has been Sunfong’s mission since the onset
to bring this mouthwatering delicacy to northern Taiwan.
To prepare this dish,
Fong starts every morning to select fresh pork of prime condition,
then cuts it into 2-cm slices with just the right mix of meat and fat.
The slices are then braised in secret sauce for hours,
so the pork becomes tender and sweet, with appetizing aroma.
